Hearth and Home: Rekindling the Flame of Feminine Restoration
jan 24th - feb 28th - march 14th 2025
san luis, metamorfinca retreat centre, costa rica
For too long, postpartum has been framed as something to endure—a phase of exhaustion, depletion, and self-sacrifice.
But what if we reclaimed it? What if postpartum wisdom held the key to lifelong vitality, hormonal balance, and deep feminine restoration?
… and what if we also remembered that postpartum care was never just for new mothers?
Across cultures, the wisdom of tending to a mother after birth is rooted in the understanding that every life transition—menarche, birth, loss, menopause—requires deep nourishment, warmth, and care.
Imagine a day just for you, a space where your body is held with grace, where warmth, nourishment, and deep rest are woven into your care.
Dip into the jacuzzi, unwind in the sauna with red light therapy, and savor deeply nourishing meals in the serene retreat setting of Metamorfinca. An increadible permaculture farm, right above the clouds, close the San Luis waterfall (30 minutes away from Uvita and Tinamaste)
Leave feeling restored, empowered, and deeply supported, by a like-minded community of women, who equally understand the importance of cultivating and nourishing webs of sisterhood and support.
Welcome to:
A Three-Part ONe DAy Retreats to revive Feminine Restoration & Community Care
This transformative three-part series is designed for women in all life stages—whether you are a mother, preparing for pregnancy, in the midst of perimenopause, or simply longing to reconnect with the wisdom of cyclical living.

“All I had to do was sit with intention onto postpartum and I was already in tears. How can something so important for humanity be so lost?
My mind kept filling with business ideas for how to share this knowledge, how to support this community, how to support Maite; Gemma and Skye in their mission. I have grown a fire within, a passion, a craving to deep dive into this work and dedicate my life to the calling.
When I look at Maite I see the embodiment of Woman, of Mama, of wisdom. Gemma feels to me like a powerhouse just waiting to be unleashed, yet with the presence of softness, non judgment. From the moment I saw her I knew she was truly safe for women from all over the world to lean into. There is something so sexy about seeing a woman in her element. The words seem to just fall off Skye’s tongue as if they were written just for her, just for that moment. A wealth of knowledge. A Mama willing to fight any obstacle in her path in order to bring forth the truth we all so desperately need.
To say I was inspired is an understatement. I was taken.
There will be few moments in your life when you will truly feel a shift from within that changes you forever. I call them “a defining moment.” For me, Hearth and Home was just that.
When I thought of postpartum the words that came to my heart were “isolation, physical pain, lack of clarity”. I had no idea what I needed. After having been at this event, after having these women in my life, I now know what I need. I feel confident that I can nourish myself, my family, and my community with these teachings.
All of the inner rage, disappointment, confusion, resentment, anger, and sadness that I was secretly holding about my birth and early postpartum I was able to give to Mother Earth. For she is the exact place that can transform all of those feelings into peace, confidence, love, and strength.
I am deeply honored to have attended Hearth and Home. The best way that I can explain how much this event meant to me is this.
I am redefined.””
